The legal bases for processing upon which we primarily rely are contractual, consent and legitimate interests.

We believe that all these purposes are justified on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and promoting the firm, our contractual requirements to deliver the agreed legal services to you, and our legal obligations, both as a Limited Company and responsible employer. The exception is for marketing about our services which are not similar aligned or which are supplied by trusted third parties, which we carry out on the basis of consent.

We may operate and promote our services under various trading names, which may be displayed on our landing pages; however, all personal data collected through these names is processed by the same legal entity in accordance with this privacy policy.

Retention

In the event that you do not instruct us in relation to a legal matter, then we will retain your personal data for a period of 6 years.

In the event that you instruct us to act for you in relation to a legal matter, then we will retain your personal data in accordance with our usual retention periods, details of which are set out in our terms of business sent to you on confirmation of instructions.
